Every weekday morning we pull the probate cases filed the previous day with the Hillsborough and Pinellas county clerks, attach the mailing address of every heir, flag the families who filed without an attorney, and cross check each name against the county property appraiser roll. It arrives as a readable email and a plain CSV for mail merge, by 7:00 AM Eastern.
Case numbers are public record and can be verified at the clerk site. Names and mailing addresses come with the subscription.
